Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Project Analyst in eDiscovery Cyber Services to support cyber incident response and data breach matters.

You will coordinate project workstreams, track timelines, and communicate with case teams and vendors while applying data management and scripting skills to keep projects on schedule. You will collaborate with Project Managers and senior team members, use tools like Excel, Power Query, SQL, Python, and PowerShell, and ensure defensible handling of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery or related field.
• Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data including spreadsheets and processing reports.
• Solid Excel skills; exposure to Power Query, SQL, Python, PowerShell or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned workstreams on cyber incident response, data breach and sensitive data matters, tracking tasks and deliverables.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for case teams, clients and vendors and relay requests.
• Maintain project trackers, matter documentation, and status notes reflecting decisions and next steps.
• Prepare status updates, metrics, validation summaries and draft reports for Project Managers and clients.
• Help monitor scope, data volumes, hours and vendor activity and flag potential issues early.
• Follow data intake, transfer, preservation, chain of custody procedures for sensitive information.
