Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services to lead CIR data analysis and eDiscovery workstreams. You will partner with Cybersecurity practice, clients and vendors to deliver defensible, efficient data strategies.

The role requires strong project leadership, expertise in Relativity, SQL, advanced Excel, and experience managing large data volumes across complex matters. Remote work with periodic office visits is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology with PM responsibility.
• Experience leading matters involving cyber incident response or data breaches.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot/DAX).
• Three years of Relativity experience with analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead eDiscovery and data analysis strategies for complex CIR matters from data assessment to reporting.
• Serve as senior eDiscovery/CIR advisor and primary point of contact for assigned matters.
• Design and document defensible data reduction, data identification, search term calibration, and analytics workflows.
• Coordinate with forensic providers, clients, and vendors on data transfer, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop matter budgets, forecasts, and reporting; monitor costs and variances.
• Oversee extraction, normalization, and entity resolution; develop notification lists and analyze anomalies.
