Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services to lead eDiscovery and data analysis workstreams for complex cyber incident response matters.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, clients, forensic providers, and review teams to manage scope, cost, risk and delivery of defensible, efficient technology-driven outcomes. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource planning, and developing reporting that supports strategic decisions for large-scale data

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal tech or related consulting, including project management responsibility.
• Ability to manage complex matters with large data volumes and advise on strategy, workflow, risk and cost to legal teams.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and Power Pivot/DAX; strong data reporting skills.
• Three+ years of Relativity experience with advanced review workflows, analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead eDiscovery and data analysis strategies for CIR matters, including data assessment, sensitive data identification, and reporting.
• Serve as senior advisor and primary contact for assigned matters, translating technical issues for legal teams and clients.
• Design defensible data reduction methods, search term calibration, and data analytics workflows.
• Coordinate with forensic providers, clients, and vendors on data transfer, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop matter budgets, forecasts, and reporting; monitor costs and identify variances.
• Oversee extraction, normalization, entity resolution, and notification list development using SQL and data transformations.
