Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a Sr. Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services, to lead eDiscovery and data analysis for complex cyber incident response matters. You will partner with Cybersecurity practice, clients, forensic and review providers to manage scope, budgets and delivery.

You will mentor junior staff, shape service models, and evaluate new analytics approaches to improve outcomes. This is a remote role with opportunities to visit US offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years in eDiscovery or related field including project management responsibility.
• Experience managing cyber incident response matters and data breaches.
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot/DAX).
• Minimum of three years of Relativity experience with analytics and reporting.
• Experience with large structured/unstructured data, privacy classifications (PII, PHI), GDPR.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with flexibility.
• Preferred: MS SQL/Access/Oracle; Python/PowerShell; AI review tools; Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead eDiscovery and data analysis strategies for CIR matters including data assessment, sensitive data identification, reduction, review, extraction, normalization, and reporting.
• Serve as senior eDiscovery/CIR advisor and primary point of contact for assigned matters.
• Design, validate and document defensible data reduction and analytics workflows.
• Coordinate with forensic providers, clients, legal teams, vendors on data assessment, transfers, workflow design, quality control and budgets.
• Develop matter budgets, forecasts, work plans, and reporting; monitor costs and variances.
• Oversee extraction, normalization, entity resolution, deduplication, and notification list development; analyze anomalies and near-duplicates.
