Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Led Growth Manager for a remote, globally distributed team. The role focuses on building and optimizing self-serve acquisition journeys for technical audiences, owning the funnel from signup to expansion, and acting as product owner for the website and app experience.

You will work with engineering, design, data, AI, marketing, and RevOps to turn insights into measurable growth, emphasizing activation and revenue in a fast, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping self-serve growth funnels for B2B SaaS or developer-focused products.
• Ability to own website and product UI, driving activation and revenue.
• Proven track record with experiments and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own self-serve funnel end-to-end: signup, trial, activation, paid conversion and expansion.
• Ship iterative web/app UI improvements with engineering and design.
• Design, run and scale conversion experiments and A/B tests.
• Build segmentation and onboarding flows using usage and firmographic signals.
• Collaborate with RevOps, marketing, sales, and customer success to align growth goals.
• Identify new growth opportunities from insights and experiments.
