Qualifications

• 5+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in a product-led growth environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B behavior and buying cycles.
• Analytical skills using quantitative and qualitative data to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy across the entire user journey from onboarding to retention and win-back.
• Manage and improve email programs: onboarding, nurture, retention, win-back, newsletter, and promotional.
• Increase free-to-paid conversion with timely, relevant communications.
