Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Web Marketing Manager to shape and optimize our website as a high-performing marketing channel. You will own content strategy, messaging, SEO, UX, analytics, and conversion-focused design, working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

You will lead from concept through launch, collaborate with designers and developers, and leverage data and AI tools to continually improve the site and regional content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web content strategy, content marketing, or related field.
• Exceptional writer and editor with ability to adapt narratives for diverse audiences and stages of the buyer journey.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, information architecture, UX, SEO, and conversion-focused design.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics and performance data to guide decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO and how search, content, and UX drive results.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and own projects end-to-end.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience with WordPress or HubSpot CMS.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies for content optimization.
• Localization/multilingual content experience is a plus.
• Desirable: B2B SaaS, adtech, martech, or tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop website messaging and content strategies aligned with objectives and campaigns.
• Write compelling, conversion-focused web copy with consistent messaging across buyer stages.
• Independently manage web initiatives from concept through launch.
• Collaborate with designers and developers for new experiences and campaign pages.
• Use analytics, heatmaps, and SEO insights to improve content and UX.
• Support monthly/quarterly website reporting with actionable insights.
• Balance brand storytelling with education and conversion goals across the site.
• Partner with regional teams on multilingual content and localization.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows to improve content creation and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and AI developments.
