The Services Engagement Manager Lead (SEM) will shape implementations of eCOA services, align with Sales and Strategy teams, and drive successful customer engagements from scoping through planning.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders and travel readiness.

Qualifications

5+ years experience delivering consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications, including eCOA.
3+ years scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and SOWs for software implementations.
Understanding of data capture for clinical trials, including EDC, IVRS, safety systems, CTMS and downstream databases.
Ability to lead complex services contracting independently with internal stakeholders.
Experience engaging executive leadership and negotiating with customers.

Responsibilities

Align with services and sales to provide implementation proposals and build confidence with prospects.
Develop and spearhead eCOA service offerings across multiple customer types.
Set client and internal expectations for long-term success.
Develop, own, and manage partner vendor relationships for contracting and services.
Lead, grow, and scale eCOA SEM activities and operations.
Travel estimate: Less than 25%.
