Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Services Engagement Manager Lead to ensure customer success in eCOA implementations, coordinating with Sales, Strategy, and Services to shape the implementation plan.

You will develop and lead eCOA service offerings, set expectations with clients, manage vendor contracts, and guide SEM activities across multiple customer types, with travel less than 25%. This role rewards collaboration, negotiation, and accountability within a fast-growing SaaS environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in delivering consulting services or involvement in selling services for Clinical Data Applications, including eCOA, with a proven track record.
• 3+ years of experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of Statements of Work for software implementation projects.
• Understanding of data capture for the clinical trials domain, including how EDC works with IVRS, safety systems, CTMS and downstream databases, and eCOA.
• Ability to spearhead complex services contracting independently while collaborating with key stakeholders in Life Sciences.
• Ability to engage executive audiences with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align closely with services and sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with prospects in our ability to deliver
• Develop and spearhead eCOA service offerings across multiple customer types
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success
• Develop, own, and manage partner vendor relationships for contracting and services operations
• Lead, grow, and scale eCOA SEM activities and operations
• Travel estimate: Less than 25%
