Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks an eCOA Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposals for the eCOA application, from protocol scoping through contract execution and change orders. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably within clinical trial operations or clinical systems (eCOA/ePRO experience preferred).
• Proven track record in proposal development and contract/change order management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure with short timelines.
• Collaborative and consultative work style.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate study protocols to identify required eCOA components (diaries, surveys, clinical assessments) and define precise project scopes in proposals for customers.
• Lead the development of detailed, competitive proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal details, addressing technical and operational questions to set clear expectations with prospective clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and scale proposal and contract frameworks, driving efficiency and quality across the Study by Study team efforts.
• Proactively manage a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other tasks in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment
