Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a consultant to join the eCOA team to lead end-to-end eCOA implementations across multi-study portfolios. You will review protocols, design configurations, manage timelines, URS, User Acceptance Testing, and data-management queries, collaborating with clients, developers, and QA staff.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of eCOA industry experience.
• Proactive, self-motivated work style.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review protocols and support design and configuration of eCOA.
• Build, design and consult on eCOA solutions.
• Create, review, coordinate, and manage deliverables (timelines, KOM, URS, UAT, eCOA design).
• Review and support Data Management activities and queries.
• Lead multi-study portfolios and drive operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues in managing eCOA deliveries.
• Provide technical advice to project managers, developers, validation, and support staff.
• Acquire new knowledge and enhance your skills.
