Qualifications

• 4+ years of prior relevant experience is required in electric utility design.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from ABET accredited institution; licensure may substitute.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; PA licensure preferred.
• Experience with NESC and utility coordination is required.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering for electric utility customers.
• Develop work packages for OH, UG, URD, and Make Ready using GIS and enterprise systems.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget of assigned work.
• Coordinate with clients and field teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyze work scope and maintain adherence to client priorities.
• Improve workflows to drive efficiency and high-quality design deliverables.
• Coordinate multi-utility coordination and field data collection for large packages.
