JLL seeks a Portfolio Services Lead to own TM service delivery, strategy, and governance for a Fortune 100 technology account across North and South America. The role drives multi-year planning, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will lead a multi-region team, manage contracts and stakeholders, and build strategic roadmaps while ensuring adherence to KPIs and service levels. Remote work possible across NA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing.
• Experience building portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience managing multi-country account structures across North and South America.
• Strong financial modeling, including lease-vs-buy analysis and business case development.
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology or high-growth client environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set the vision and strategy for the North/South America account plan to ensure exceptional client delivery.
• Develop multi-year transaction roadmaps that anticipate real estate needs ahead of triggers.
• Own TM contractual obligations and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the client organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams, aligning priorities with client business drivers and performance goals.
• Own account financial targets, growth strategies, and cross-sell opportunities for JLL products.
• Drive governance, reporting, and SOP adoption across the multi-region account.
