Qualifications
- 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing.
- Proven ability to build portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
- Experience managing multi-country account structures across NA.
Responsibilities
- Own TM service delivery and contractual obligations for a NA account.
- Develop and execute account strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs.
- Lead talent, coaching, and performance management for the team.
- Manage client relationships and escalate issues as a single point of contact.
- Oversee financial targets, growth plans, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure governance, reporting, and SOPs across regions.
