Job summary

JLL, a leading real estate services firm, seeks a Transaction Management Lead for the RTX Account Integrated Account across geographies. You will lead TM delivery for a ~80MM SF portfolio, coordinating with Leasing Advisory brokers and Work Dynamics TM teams to ensure governance and excellence.

You will develop multi-year roadmaps, align portfolio strategy with client objectives, manage executive relationships, and own TM P&L to support account growth.

Qualifications

10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing
Experience with upstream strategic planning and executive-level decision support
Strong portfolio analytics skills, including occupancy planning and scenario analysis

Responsibilities

Lead transaction management across a large, multi-geography portfolio and cross-functional teams
Coordinate activity with Leasing Advisory brokers and Work Dynamics TM teams
Own TM contractual obligations, governance, KPIs, and service levels
Develop multi-year transaction roadmaps and align portfolio strategy with client objectives
Maintain executive-level client relationships and drive account growth
