Job summary

JLL is seeking a Portfolio Services Lead for a Fortune 100 technology account across North and South America. You will oversee TM service delivery, team management, and reporting, aligning with client objectives and cost optimization.

The role requires leading strategy, upstream planning, and cross-border execution, while maintaining strong client relationships and driving growth across regions.

Qualifications

10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing.
Experience building portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
Experience managing multi-country account structures in the Americas.
Strong financial modeling, including lease-vs-buy analysis.
Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate and/or Finance advantageous.
Comfort owning account P&Ls in a fast-paced/tech environment.

Responsibilities

Set vision and strategy for NA account plan and exceptional client delivery.
Develop multi-year transaction roadmaps ahead of triggers.
Own TM obligations and govern contract performance.
Lead cross-region stakeholder management and business planning.
Drive adoption of technology and standard operating procedures.
