The Portfolio Services Lead at JLL owns TM service delivery, team management, and reporting consistency for a Fortune 100 Technology account across North and South America, aligning with contractual obligations and client objectives.
In a fast-paced tech client environment, you will steer portfolio strategy, upstream planning, and financial analysis including lease-vs-buy decisions, while coaching a high-performing team across multiple countries.
Formación
- 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing
- Strong portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmap experience
- Experience managing multi-country account structures across North and South America
- Strong financial modeling skills including lease-vs-buy analysis and business case development
- Experience in fast-paced technology or high-growth client environments preferred
Responsabilidades
- Set vision and strategy for North/South America account plan ensuring exceptional client delivery
- Develop multi-year transaction roadmaps anticipating real estate needs ahead of triggers
- Own TM contractual obligations and govern account performance
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships across the client organization
- Own account financial targets and design growth strategies to meet client targets
- Build and maintain SOPs and drive governance, reporting, and systems across the Americas
