Job summary
JLL is seeking a Portfolio Services Lead for a Fortune 100 Technology account. You will own TM service delivery, lead a cross-functional team, and manage reporting for North and South America, aligning with client strategies and cost-saving goals.
You will drive upstream planning, develop roadmaps, and optimize portfolio performance while coordinating with stakeholders across client organizations and JLL leadership. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced tech environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Transaction Management or Corporate Leasing.
- Strong portfolio strategy and multi-year planning experience.
- Experience managing multi-country account structures across Americas.
- Proven financial modeling skills including lease-vs-buy analysis.
Responsibilities
- Set vision and strategy for NA account plan to ensure delivery excellence.
- Develop multi-year transaction roadmaps anticipating real estate needs.
- Own TM contractual obligations and client relationships; manage escalations.
- Lead delivery resources, recruitment, performance, and coaching.
- Drive financial targets, growth strategy, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain SOPs, governance, and reporting standards across regions.
