Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a senior Transaction Management professional to lead portfolio strategy for a North/South America account. You will shape multi-year roadmaps, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage contractual obligations while optimizing revenue and occupancy costs.

The role requires deep experience in TM or corporate leasing, with a track record of cross-border account leadership and strong financial analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transaction management or corporate leasing.
• Proven track record building portfolio strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Experience managing multi-country account structures across North and South America.
• Strong financial modeling, including lease-vs-buy analysis.
• Experience in fast-paced, technology or high-growth client environments.

Responsibilities

• Sets the vision and strategy for the North/South America account plan.
• Develops multi-year transaction roadmaps and procurement timelines.
• Owns TM contractual obligations and client requirements.
• Manages relationships with key stakeholders across client organization.
• Drives adoption of technology systems and reporting.
