Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a senior Transaction Manager to support high-growth technology and AI tenants in office and R&D environments. You will coordinate resources, draft LOIs, perform financial analysis and leverage AI tools to deliver outcomes for a fast-moving portfolio.

You will act as a proactive team enabler within an integrated JLL and client team, ensuring governance, timely decisions and executive-ready reporting while sustaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of corporate real estate transaction management, brokerage or related experience.
• Experience with lease transactions and portfolio initiatives across office and R&D environments.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of transaction economics and financial implications of real estate decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted, responsive partner to the client and the broader JLL account team.
• Provide strategic transaction and occupancy support guiding portfolio review and analysis.
• Prepare for and participate in recurring client, project and leadership meetings; document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Drive transaction management workflows, playbooks and governance for speed and accuracy.
• Deliver concise, executive-ready reporting and presentations on portfolio activity and milestones.
• Support full transaction life cycle across lease, sublease, renewal, relocation, and related activities.
