Job summary

Mission Lane, a US-based fintech leader, seeks a Senior Director to own cross-functional prioritization and delivery across Product, Platform, and Delivery. You will guide a four‑manager delivery team, maintain a single prioritization tracker, and run executive‑level reviews to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Proven track record building processes to drive speed to impact across an organization.
• Proven experience leading and developing a delivery-focused team (Delivery Managers, Program Managers).
• Experience in regulated/technical environments with autonomous work style.
• Experience owning enterprise portfolio intake, prioritization, and end-to-end execution.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Credit, and Legal without direct authority.
• Deep knowledge of modern delivery frameworks and ability to adapt to maturity and changing tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead four Delivery Managers across focused domains and coach growth.
• Own the prioritization tracker as the single source of truth for in-flight work.
• Run weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs with executive-level rigor.
• Define company-wide delivery standards, frameworks, and tooling adoption.
• Foster cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Credit, Marketing, Finance and Legal/Compliance.
• Lead post-initiative retrospectives to drive concrete improvements.
