Job summary

Mission Lane is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, Data & Models to own end-to-end delivery of data and modeling initiatives. You will align data platforms, pipelines, and model work with business priorities, balancing speed with governance, and reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Prioritization & Delivery.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration across data engineering, data science, credit, risk, and compliance, shaping the delivery playbook and ensuring timely handoffs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project delivery in fintech or data-heavy environment.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives across 3+ cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of data and model development lifecycle (data engineering, development, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Experience with model governance and model risk management in regulated environments.
• Experience building delivery structures, processes, or standards adopted by teams.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills with ownership, status, and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery roadmap for data and model initiatives across all business verticals.
• Maintain a current view of all data and model initiatives with status and risks.
• Coordinate across data engineering, data science, credit, risk, and compliance.
• Develop the delivery playbook for model development, validation, deployment, and policy updates.
• Ensure model governance readiness and smooth approvals.
• Improve delivery practices to reduce coordination overhead and rework.
• Serve as a point of contact for 2nd line credit and model risk management.
