Mission Lane is seeking a Principal Delivery Manager to own delivery across Portfolio Management, reporting to the Senior Director, Portfolio Prioritization & Delivery. You will shape how work is planned, sequenced, and delivered while standing up its first dedicated delivery team.

Your leadership will set the standard for how Portfolio Management delivers and drive momentum with rigor. You will partner with executive leadership on trade‑offs, define delivery metrics, and guide colleagues as the

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience building delivery structures, processes, or engagement models where none existed.
• Experience defining delivery metrics or standards adopted beyond the team.
• Experience coordinating across organizations and handling late changes without disruption.
• Strong executive-level communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience informally guiding other delivery professionals.
• Ability to travel ~4+ times per year for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery strategy and model for Portfolio Management, aligning with executive expectations.
• Drive faster impact by evolving delivery approaches as technology and work models change.
• Lead delivery discovery for multi-team initiatives to scope and de-risk work.
• Coordinate across all Portfolio Management teams, surfacing dependencies and solving cross-team issues.
• Shape engagement, planning, and release cadences to keep teams in step with leadership.
• Establish delivery standards and coach other delivery managers as the function forms.
• Provide informal guidance to peers to scale delivery practice across teams.
