Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager Software Engineering to own the engineering vision for a strategic fuel and expense management initiative. You will guide mobile and backend efforts, partnering with product and commercial teams to shape priorities and deliver scalable solutions in a fast-moving digital environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and driving time-to-market while fostering innovation across the team in a remote US-based setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems with focus on accuracy and performance.
• Ability to automate code generation and testing using generative AI.
• Experience with AI-DLC products and API-first development.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a long-term engineering vision for a strategic fuel and expense management initiative.
• Collaborate with product and commercial partners to prioritize customer requirements.
• Maintain a clear engineering roadmap and establish interdependent OKRs.
