Zusammenfassung

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead strategic partnerships, payor networks, and access programs.

The role drives multiyear plans, executive relationships, and value propositions across manufacturers, payors, PBMs, GPOs, and health systems. You will oversee complex negotiations, contract governance, and reimbursement strategies to expand patient access and ensure sustainable growth in a dynamic specialty-pharmacy landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy or related field is required.
• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access, or payor strategy is required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and contract negotiation expertise are required.
• Knowledge of REMS and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) practices is required.
• Compliance program participation is expected.

• Lead the industry and payor strategy team and drive measurable growth and profitability.
