Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead our industry partnerships, payor strategy, and specialty pharmacy market access. This executive drives a multiyear plan to expand access, strengthen competitive positioning, and deliver sustainable growth across networks.

You will build executive relationships with manufacturers, health plans, PBMs, GPOs, health systems, and strategic partners, negotiate complex agreements, and shape portfolio strategy to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA, MHA, or PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy, market access, payor or PBM strategy, or related industry.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Experience in contract negotiation, with preference for specialty or PBM rebates.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy medications, REMS requirements, and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating market insights into growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the industry and payor strategy team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Own multiyear strategic plan, annual operating priorities, and budgets aligned with enterprise goals.
• Develop executive-level relationships with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, GPOs, and health systems.
• Define payor strategy across health plans and network access, driving reimbursement sustainability.
• Direct complex negotiations and oversee contract implementation and compliance.
• Create differentiated value propositions and scalable commercial offerings for partners.
