Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead strategic efforts across industry partnerships, payor strategy, and market access. You will shape multiyear plans, drive access expansion, and oversee a team responsible for partnerships and pricing strategies.

The role focuses on executive-level collaboration with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems to strengthen network access and sustainability, aligning with Lumicera’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy, market access, payor or PBM strategy, or related industry.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with oversight of other leaders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership translating insights into market positioning and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the industry and payor strategy team with clear decision rights and accountability.
• Own multiyear strategic plan including priorities, budgets, and growth objectives.
• Define payor strategy across health plans, PBMs, and other purchasers for access and profitability.
• Direct complex negotiations with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems; ensure compliance and favorable economics.
• Develop executive relationships and joint strategic plans with manufacturers and payors.
