Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr.Director of Industry and Payor Strategy to lead strategy for industry partnerships, payor networks, and specialty pharmacy market access. You will drive multiyear plans, profitability, and access across payors, PBMs, and health systems, partnering with senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/MHA/PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access, payor or PBM strategy.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in contract negotiation, especially PBM rebate contracting.
• Knowledge of REMS requirements and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) practices.
• Participate in and support compliance objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to growth leadership, translating industry and payor insights into market positioning decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing industry and payor strategy team with clear accountability.
• Build organizational capability via leadership development and succession planning.
• Develop and execute multiyear industry and payor strategic plan with budgets and growth targets.
• Provide leadership to ensure Lumicera values are practiced and partnerships are strengthened.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on priorities and secure sponsorship for execution.
• Define payor strategy across health plans, PBMs, and other purchasers to support access and growth.
• Direct complex negotiations with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, wholesalers and GPOs.
