Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Director of Industry and Payor Strategy to join our team.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership, translating industry and payor insights into recommendations on market positioning, partnership priorities, and growth opportunities. You will lead a high-performing industry and payor strategy team, own the multiyear strategic plan, and direct complex negotiations with manufacturers and payors to drive access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MHA/PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access or payor strategy roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience; contract negotiation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to CGO and senior leadership, translating insights into market positioning and growth.
• Lead and develop the Industry & Payor Strategy team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Own multiyear strategic plan with budget and measurable growth objectives.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities across commercial, clinical, operations, and finance.
• Direct negotiations with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems to secure favorable terms.
• Develop executive relationships with manufacturers, payors, wholesalers, and health systems.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy, or a related field

MBA, MHA, or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school
