Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead our industry partnerships, payor strategy, and specialty pharmacy market access.

This role builds a multiyear plan to expand access, strengthen our competitive position, and drive sustainable growth with executive‑level relationships across manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems. You will lead a high‑performing team, develop strategic plans and governance for contracting, access, and profitability, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy, or related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA, MHA, or PharmD from an accredited school preferred.
• 10+ years of progression in specialty pharmacy, market access, payor or PBM strategy, or related industry.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with strategic oversight.
• Experience in contract negotiation with a focus on PBM rebates.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy medications, REMS requirements, and LDD best practices.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Growth Officer and senior leadership, translating insights into market positioning and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing industry and payor strategy team with accountable execution.
• Own multiyear strategy development, annual priorities, budgets, and growth objectives.
• Provide leadership to ensure Lumicera values are reflected in partnerships.
• Define payor strategy across health plans, PBMs, and purchasers for access and profitability.
• Direct complex negotiations with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, GPOs, and health systems including contractual terms and governance.
• Develop executive relationships with manufacturers and health system partners to expand access and reduce costs.
• Lead cross‑functional development of value propositions and scalable offerings.
• Establish contracting strategy and governance, including pricing, renewals, and performance metrics.
