Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead multiyear strategies expanding access to medications and strengthening payor networks. The role leads a team, builds executive partnerships with manufacturers, health plans, PBMs, GPOs, and health systems, and drives profitability through contracting and access initiatives.

The successful candidate will coordinate across commercial, clinical, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams, directing portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access, payor or PBM strategy.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in contract negotiation, especially in specialty/PBM rebates.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy medications and LDD best practices.
• Support for compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite on market positioning, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the industry and payor strategy team and priorities.
• Own multiyear strategic plan, budgets, and measurable goals.
• Direct negotiations with manufacturers, payors, PBMs, and health systems.
• Build executive relationships with manufacturers, payors, and providers.
