SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, National Accounts to drive strategic growth and profitability across national accounts within the Commercial Sales division.

This role leads account acquisition, retention strategies, and multi-department alignment to deliver revenue and market share growth. The Sr. Director will manage high-value relationships, develop enterprise-level strategies, and mentor a sales team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 12+ years of national account management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute national account strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Oversee relationships with major national accounts and partners; ensure long-term partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align contract, promotions, inventory, and channel strategies with regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and use dashboards to track performance by channel, rep group, account manager, customer, and product line.
