SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Defense Sales for APAC to lead revenue growth and market development across Asia Pacific. The role requires strategic vision, P&L awareness, and senior-level collaboration with HQ and regional teams.

The position is based in the US with frequent travel; it demands executive presence and strong negotiation skills to align stakeholders, manage risk, and drive product adoption at key customers and partners.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12–15 years in sales or defense functions.
Senior-level experience in leading sales strategies and market development.
Executive interaction with management, operations, product, marketing, and MoD agencies.
Strong forecasting, negotiation, and collaboration abilities with leaders.
