Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr.Director, Industry and Payor Strategy to lead and shape our industry partnerships and payor access initiatives. The role drives multi-year strategy, builds executive relationships, and guides negotiations with manufacturers, PBMs, and health systems.

The candidate will lead a high-impact team, align priorities with Lumicera’s growth, and ensure reimbursement sustainability and patient access across networks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in specialty pharmacy, market access or payor strategy.
• 5+ years in progressive leadership roles.
• Experience in contract negotiations, PBM rebates preferred.
• Knowledge of LDD, REMS, and specialty meds.
• Experience with compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and senior leadership on market positioning and partnerships.
• Lead and develop the Industry & Payor Strategy team with clear accountability.
• Own multiyear strategy, budgets, and growth objectives aligned with Lumicera.
• Manage executive relationships with manufacturers, payors, and providers.
• Define payor strategy across health plans and PBMs; oversee negotiations and contracts.
