Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Senior Director, GTM Solutions Management, remote in the USA, to translate strategy into prioritized investments and scalable execution across the portfolio. You will align Sales, Product, Marketing, and partners around clear goals and measurable outcomes, while leading a high-performing team and optimizing GTM motions for enterprise customers.

You’ll drive portfolio priorities, content roadmaps, and campaigns, and partner with executive leadership to accelerate pipeline

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution sales strategy or GTM in a B2B technology business.
• Strong commercial judgment and pricing experience for complex pursuits.
• Executive presence with senior enterprise customers; able to drive decisions.
• Data-driven fluency across pipeline, bookings, conversion, and win/loss.
• Ability to align Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales and partners around outcomes.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading a team; setting priorities.
• Adaptability with AI to optimize processes and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy and priorities across solution areas and geographies.
• Lead the team and scalable operating model including hiring and setting standards.
• Align content, campaigns, and product direction with Marketing and Product teams.
• Own performance insight and recovery with Revenue Ops and Analytics.
• Lead cross-functional decisions and advise on priorities and investments.
