Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM program management or related enterprise SaaS role.
• Experience designing and rolling out solution sales motions or plays.
• Executive presence engaging enterprise buyers and stakeholders.
• Data-driven with ability to build and explain analyses.
• Ability to align Sales, Product, Marketing, partner, and exec stakeholders.
• Adaptable with hands-on AI to improve workflows and execution.

Responsabilités

• Set strategy and prioritize target accounts; embed in account-planning process for key pursuits.
• Design sales execution; define process, tools, commercial model, and handoffs for complex deals.
• Align content, campaigns, and product feedback with Product and Marketing; adjust based on performance.
• Measure and improve pipeline performance; analyze bookings, conversions, win/loss signals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution; align Sales, Product, Marketing, and partners on priorities.
• Build and optimize AI-enabled workflows; test with users and measure speed, quality, and consistency.
