Ping Identity Corporation seeks a Senior Director, GTM Solutions Management to translate our solution strategy into prioritized investments and repeatable execution across the portfolio. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution sales strategy, GTM program management, product GTM, revenue strategy, or GTM operations in a B2B technology business.
• Strong commercial judgment shaping sales processes, pricing approaches, and execution for complex strategic pursuits.
• Executive presence with senior commercial leaders and enterprise customers.
• Data-driven with fluency in pipeline, bookings, conversion, and win/loss measures.
• Demonstrated ability to align Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, CS, Enablement and partner stakeholders to shared outcomes.
• Experience hiring, developing, and leading a team; setting priorities and maintaining high impact.
• Comfort leading through ambiguity, rapid change, and evolving GTM motions; AI experience a plus.
