Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution sales strategy or GTM in a B2B technology business.
• Strong commercial judgment for shaping sales processes, models, pricing, and execution.
• Executive credibility with senior commercial leaders and enterprise customers.
• Data-driven with fluency in pipeline, bookings, conversion, and win/loss measures.
• Ability to align Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Enablement around shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set portfolio strategy and priorities across accounts, segments, industries, and geographies.
• Hire, coach, and develop the team; establish standards for analytical rigor and stakeholder partnership.
• Align content, campaigns, and product direction with Product and Marketing to support priorities and timelines.
• Establish measurement with Revenue Operations and Analytics to guide priorities and actions.
• Lead cross-functional decisions and advisory discussions to accelerate pipeline and bookings.
