Job summary

SHI is seeking a Sr. Director of GTM & Marketing Strategy to shape and drive go-to-market initiatives and marketing programs that accelerate revenue growth. You will define strategy, align cross-functionally, and ensure scalable execution with AI-driven insights and data analytics.

The ideal candidate brings deep GTM and marketing planning experience, transformation leadership, and the ability to translate market signals into actionable strategies across solution practices and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8-10 years in Marketing, Communications, or a related area.
• Proven success leading strategic planning and large programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing lifecycle and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for GTM and marketing programs with a multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with executive marketing and GTM leaders to shape strategic planning and investment.
• Translate strategy into scalable governance, frameworks, and execution models across orgs.
• Evaluate and prioritize marketing programs and transformation initiatives for ROI.
• Leverage analytics and market insights to inform data-driven decisions.
