Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Director, GTM Solutions Management to lead the strategy and execution for the solution area across enterprise sales. You will own the operating plan, align content, campaigns, pricing, and cross-functional execution to drive pipeline and bookings.

The role requires 5+ years in GTM program management and a proven ability to influence across Sales, Product and Marketing. A strong AI fluency and data-driven mindset are essential in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM program management, solutions management, product marketing or a related role within enterprise SaaS or tech.
• Experience designing and rolling out solution sales motions, plays, or account-targeting approaches.
• Ability to engage enterprise buyers and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability using pipeline health, bookings and conversions to guide strategy.
• Ability to align Sales, Product, Marketing and partners around revenue targets.
• Skill in synthesizing customer feedback into actionable recommendations on features and pricing.
• Comfort with ambiguous, fast-changing environments and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and prioritize accounts; embed targets in plans for key accounts.
• Define sales process, tools, model, coverage, and handoffs; price and structure deals.
• Align content, campaigns, and product feedback with priorities and pipeline goals.
• Measure pipeline, bookings, conversion, and win/loss results to drive performance.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Sales, Product and Marketing.
• Build and optimize AI-enabled workflows to speed analysis and execution.
