Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of Franchise Operations to lead FSOP activities across all brands. The role focuses on revenue growth, volume, and market share through strong bottler partnerships and end-to-end planning.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in CPG franchise management with P&L ownership, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across markets. Remote work is supported with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a CPG organization with direct sales, key accounts, or franchise management and P&L responsibility.
• Experience as a Business Partner with bottling or manufacturing in Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record in annual business planning, forecasting, and distributor management.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly/monthly performance metrics on revenue, volume, share, and transactions.
• Lead commercial strategy and plans with bottling partners for local market execution.
• Coordinate bi-monthly planning with Franchise Commercial Director and sales teams.
• Monitor market conditions and report competitive activity to leadership and bottlers.
• Negotiate and resolve bottling contracts and national supply chain governance.
