Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Franchise Operations (North) to lead strategic franchise partnerships across bottlers in the assigned geography. You will align with ABP goals, forecast performance, and drive topline, share, and volume through cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in franchise operations within the CPG sector, strong analytics, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: act as the primary point of contact to bottler head in the geography and drive ABP delivery.
Performance Management: forecast metrics and adjust plans to meet objectives.
Operational Execution: ensure controllables are in place and close performance gaps quickly.
Relationship Building: cultivate bottler relationships to drive alignment and cooperation.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: foster innovative approaches in franchise leadership.
