You will drive business outcomes by aligning technology with client goals, overseeing multi-disciplinary delivery teams, and shaping account strategy. The role emphasizes executive presence, deep financial services knowledge, and a track record of growing complex client partnerships across global accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in P&L, sales, or account management roles.
• 10+ years in retail banks, investment banks, wealth managers, or asset managers.
• 5+ years building client relationships and leading end-to-end IT services delivery teams.
• Experience selling software engineering services (cloud, analytics, digital engagement).
• Executive presence and strong oral/written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create business strategies to achieve client goals.
• Be a consultative account manager or client partner for regional and multinational banks, wealth managers, asset managers, payments providers, and FinTechs.
• Leverage industry knowledge to envision how technology can transform client business and customer experience.
• Serve as an expert business/tech consultant in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, or capital markets.
