Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Director, Client Partner (Financial Services) to lead strategic client relationships across retail banking, wealth management, and capital markets. You will shape business strategies, drive engagement, and oversee multi-disciplinary teams delivering IT services and digital solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in banking and IT consulting, strong executive presence, and proven ability to grow high-value accounts.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in P&L, sales, and account management roles.
10+ years of experience working with retail banks, investment banks, wealth managers, or asset managers.
5+ years of demonstrated track record developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end IT services.
Experience selling software engineering services (cloud, analytics, digital engagement).
Executive Presence and exceptional leadership, management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Create business strategies to achieve client goals.
Act as Consultative Account Manager for regional and multinational banks, wealth managers, asset managers, and FinTechs.
Leverage industry knowledge to transform client business through technology and boost customer experience.
Serve as an expert consultant in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, or capital markets.
