EPAM Systems in New York invites applications for a Senior Director, Client Partner (Financial Services). You will drive client strategy for regional and multinational banks, wealth and asset managers, and FinTechs, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and leadership.

This role requires a proven track record in P&L and sales leadership, end-to-end delivery of IT services, and the ability to articulate value through executive-level engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in P&L, Sales, Account Management roles.
• 10+ years of experience in retail banks, investment banks, wealth managers or asset managers.
• 5+ years of track record growing client relationships and leading teams delivering IT services.
• Experience selling software engineering services (cloud, analytics, digital engagement).
• Executive presence with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create business strategies to achieve client goals.
• Be a Consultative Account Manager or Client Partner for regional and multinational banks, wealth managers, asset managers, payment providers, and FinTechs.
• Leverage industry knowledge to show how technology can transform the client’s business and engagement.
• Serve as an expert business/tech consultant in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, or capital markets.
