Lead our Financial Services Offering portfolio, promote and sell EPAM data expertise in the region, and guide senior executives through complex data and AI transformations. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of data and consulting experience, deep knowledge of data architecture, governance, and major cloud platforms like Databricks and Azure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data technology and consulting with senior roles

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-level executives on strategic Data and AI initiatives
• Own RFP/RFQ/RFI responses and lead strategic pursuits
• Manage the Financial Services project portfolio and build long-term client relationships
• Lead initial phases of strategic engagements: vision, success criteria, teams, governance
• Coach and mentor next-generation consultants in Financial Services Data and Analytics
