Responsibilities
- Lead and scale an elite Account Management team to exceed revenue targets.
- Direct-manage enterprise accounts and unlock high-dollar ad spend.
- Engage with C-suite executives to position Capital One Ad Solutions for growth.
- Architect custom campaigns and manage ad-tech integrations (APIs).
- Leverage data analytics to optimize client ROI and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to shape roadmaps and monetization.
- Represent Capital One Ad Solutions at major industry events and pitches.
