Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, growth, and health of a portfolio of Capital One Ads’ tier one agency relationships.
• Develop differentiated partnership strategies based on agency models and priorities.
• Identify and develop incremental revenue opportunities beyond traditional negotiations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior agency executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to measure partnership health and drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address partner needs and remove barriers.
