Ladders is seeking a Sr. Director - Data Center National Alliances to lead national alliance strategy and partner development in the technical services space.

This remote, senior leadership role focuses on building high-value partner relationships, expanding collaboration with strategic technology partners, and mentoring a dedicated alliance-management team. You will shape agreements, support solution integration, and uncover growth opportunities across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, IT, or a related area.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with business partners.
