Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design of data solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric.

You will act as the Solution Orchestrator for data-centric projects, driving architecture and engineering of scalable, high-performance platforms for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with presales, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data pipelines, real-time analytics, and governance-aware solutions on Azure.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data solutions.
Strong presales experience, with a focus on data architecture and engineering.
Expertise in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Spark, data warehousing, real-time analytics).
Proficiency in Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.

Responsibilities

Presales Engagement: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions.
Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, and assessments to evaluate environments and modernization opportunities.
Create technical proposals, including architecture, roadmaps, and cost estimates.
Drive SOWs with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with client needs.
Lead design of end-to-end data solutions on Azure using Fabric and related services.
Develop data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines and data warehousing.
